First class service from ARC – from first inspection visit to assess damp issues, quick estimate then booked in. They diagnosed the damp problems, provided pictures to explain the issues to me, then more pictures to show the extent of the repairs needed. Repair work carried out included new wall boards, new window, new water pump; total bill was as per the estimate. Pleasant to deal with, excellent communication and customer service. Being an approved Chausson workshop is a definite plus! For comparison, I had one other quote (limited in scope) and two other dealers failed to quote despite several requests. ARC wins hands down – would highly recommend them.
